As we go through life, experiences of fear, trauma, hurt and mistrust block our innate intuitive processes. Reason and logical explanation are protective armor that are useful, but they also shield us from experiencing unlimited possibilities. In this workshop we will reveal how our preconceptions and ideas about time, space and reality limit what we can know. Through a series of meditative exercises and collective discussions we will learn to distinguish different aspects of mental reality, sorting out dream from desire, memory from imagination, hallucination from fantasy.

This workshop will show you how to work with all of your senses to feel your body's response to what you are perceiving. We will share our experiences of the unexplained and the mystical. We will hold ordinary objects to discover hidden messages contained within. We will learn how to travel through the past, present and future to reveal detailed information about events, or about people we know, or never met before.

By looking underneath our own unique personal history we will discover how we perceive and interpret reality. We will examine how to responsibly use this information to benefit our lives and the lives of others. This is a workshop that dares you to believe that you can learn to clearly see and know the deeper hidden meanings of the world inside you and around you. You will never look at life the same way again.
